Attorney General Eric Holder will speak at a tribal consultation conference in North Dakota tomorrow. Holder is participating in the annual tribal consultation conference organized by the U.S. Attorney's Office in North Dakota. The event takes place on the campus of the United Tribes Technical College in Bismarck. The visit is believed to be the first time a sitting attorney general has visited Bismarck, since Robert F. Kennedy spoke to a meeting of the National Congress of American Indians in 1963. President Barack Obama is reportedly planning to visit a reservation in North Dakota sometime this month but an announcement has not been made. Get the Story:
