A British Columbia man is on trial for murdering four women, including a Native mother.

Cynthia Frances Maas, 35, was reported missing by her family in September 2010. Her body was found a few weeks later at a park in Prince George.

Cody Legebokoff, 23, is also charged with murdering 15-year-old Loren Leslie, 35-year-old Jill Stuchenko and 23-year-old Natasha Montgomery. All of the victims were killed in 2009 and 2010.

The trial is expected to last six to eight months, CBC News reported.
