The
Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes
of Oklahoma will raise the minimum wage to $9 an hour.
The tribal legislature approved the increase and Gov. Eddie Hamilton said he will sign it into law. The current wage is $7.25 per hour.
The tribal gaming enterprise increased its minimum wage to $9 an hour earlier this year.
