Funeral services have been scheduled for the late Billy Frank Jr.. Frank will be buried at Chief Leschi Cemetery at 10am on Sunday. A dinner will follow at the Squaxin Island Tribe event center. Frank was a member of the Nisqually Tribe. He died on Monday at the age of 83 and spent his life fighting for treaty rights and salmon. Get the Story:
