Some homes on Spirit Lake Nation without water due to freeze

About 40 homes on the Spirit Lake Nation in North Dakota went without water due to frozen pipes.
According to news reports, water lines are freezing due to a deep frost. The winter has been especially harsh on the reservation.
The American Red Cross sent 75 cases of water to the reservation to help out.
