Mask sent by Indian healer confiscated at Mexican border

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection confiscated and burned a mask that was sent by an Indian healer in Mexico.

The item was burned because it was covered in chicken blood and feathers. Officials said it had the potential to transmit avian diseases, the Associated Press reported.

The item was being transported by car through Arizona, the AP said.
