After two very close calls, fashion designer Patricia Michaels of Taos Pueblo is one of the last remaining contestants on Project Runway. Michaels, the first Native American to appear on the show, was nearly eliminated on Thursday night's episode. She also barely escaped elimination last week. But Michaels survived and is headed to Europe for one of the last remaining challenges of the season. If she makes it through, she will be showing her collection at New York Fashion Week and could be up for the show's top prize.
