The
Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa
in Wisconsin has launched a new public transportation service with the help of another tribe.
The Lac du Flambeau Band partnered with the
Menominee Nation
to offer service on and off the reservation. The first rides started on Monday.
The service is the first public transit in the area.
