Members of the
Oneida Nation
of Wisconsin will be voting whether to dissolve the tribe's economic development entity.
The
Oneida Seven Generations Corp.
ran into controversy on and off the reservation by pursuing a waste-to-energy plant. Tribal members killed the project via a petition and a general council vote and are using the same process to kill the corporation.
The election will take place December 15, The Green Bay Press-Gazette reported.
