The
Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians
is hosting its 60th annual convention this week.
The event kicked off on Monday. It's being hosted by the
Coeur d’Alene Tribe
in Idaho.
“Strength in numbers. That's completely it,” ATNI communications manager Jamie Sijohn told The Coeur d'Alene-Post Falls News of the impetus for the meeting.
The convention concludes tomorrow.
