The Wyandotte Nation is building a $1.2 million community center in Oklahoma. The 7,184-square-foot building will include a senior center, an activity center, a kitchen, a safe room and offices for the tribe's housing department. “This community center is going to be a great addition for all of our citizens who live here,” Chief Billy Friend said at the groundbreaking.
