Comanche Nation challenges tax bill at governmental building

The
Comanche Nation of
Oklahoma is protesting a property tax bill on one of its governmental buildings.
The tribe owns several properties in Comanche County that aren't in trust.
The building in question houses the tribe's gaming commission and other agencies.
The tribe is in the process of having the properties placed in trust. The county says it has a right to tax non-trust properties.
