Harper is an attorney at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton. He has worked on the
Cobell trust fund lawsuit
since it was filed in 1996 and has represented tribes that reached trust fund settlements with the Obama administration.
Lawyers and law firms bundled over $42 million for the Obama-Biden campaign, the most of any industry.
