Pokagon Band looks to diversify economy with purchase of firm

The
Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians
in Michigan has acquired a plastics engineering company.
Mno-Bmadsen, the tribe's economic development corporation, purchased Accu-Mold Inc. for an undisclosed price. Plans call for additional technology and more employees at the firm's headquarters.
Mno-Bmadsen also owns an architecture and engineering firm.
