"Colville Tribe Sues Over Pollution In The Columbia: The Colville Tribe and the state of Washington face off against a Canadian mining giant next month over decades of pollution in the Columbia River. They blame a lead and zinc smelter plant operated by Teck in Trail, BC. Colville Business Council Chairman John Sirois gives us his perspective."
