Elderly man, 74, charged for drive-by shooting on First Nation

A 74-year-old man has been charged in connection with a drive-by shooting on the Piapot First Nation in Saskatchewan, CBC News reports.
Albert Clarence Kaiswatum is accused of second-degree murder. He allegedly shot at a 25-year-old man who was walking along a road on the reserve on July 29.
Kaiswatum was last seen at a bingo hall on August 1 and was then reported missing. He was found in a mall over the weekend, CBC reported.
