The
Gila River Indian Community
donated $3,000 to a political action committee run by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer (R), Capitol Media Services reports.
The donation was one of the largest to
Jan PAC
. Brewer spreads the money to conservative politicians.
The tribe is opposing the
Tohono O’odham Nation
off-reservation casino. Brewere also opposes the casino.
