Second death in crash that took life of Eastern Shoshone liaison

A second person has died as a result of an accident that claimed the life of Edward L. Wadda, a member of the
Eastern Shoshone
Tribe who served as a liaison to the state of Wyoming.
Diana K. Soundingsides, 22, died at a hospital on Saturday after suffering injuries in the accident. She was a standout basketball player who was on a winning girls' team from the Wind River Reservation.
Soundingsides was a passenger in a car that Wadda, 42, was driving. He reportedly swerved to avoid hitting a deer, causing his vehicle to roll over.
Two other passengers were in the car: Frank Hogan, 30, and Mary Soundingsides, age unknown. Hogan was treated for unspecified injuries. Mary Soundingsides reportedly suffered minor injuries.
