Winnebago Tribe to break ground on $10 million Educare center

The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska will break ground on a preschool and daycare center on Wednesday.
The $10 million Educare center is backed by the Buffett Early Childhood Fund, the Associated Press reported.
Susie Buffett, the daughter of billionaire investor Warren Buffett, is helping the tribe with the project.
