Newspaper told to leave Shoshone-Bannock candidate forum

The Idaho State Journal wasn't told to leave a candidates' forum for the Shoshone-Bannock
Tribes.
The paper was allowed to hear opening statements from the candidates who attended the "public" forum on Monday. But the actual forum itself was closed.
The tribe is holding an election for two council seats on Friday.
