Rincon Band joins local group to boost economic development

The Rincon Band of Luiseno
Indians in California has joined a local economic development group.
The tribe donated $40,000 to Properity on Purpose.
The group will promote business, tourism and other economic development efforts in the area.
The tribe recently announced plans for a $3 million travel plaza.
