Arrest made for massacres of Indians during Guatemala's war

A former army general who is alleged to have participated in dozens of massacres of indigenous people in Guatemala was arrested.
Mauricio Rodriguez is alleged to have participated in as many as 71 massacres between 1982 and 1983. He will face genocide charges.
Former Guatemala president Oscar Mejia Victores is also wanted in connection with genocide. He has yet to be arrested.
