The former chairman of the
Shoshone Paiute Tribes
has been indicted on theft charges.
Kyle Prior
is accused of using a debit card for personal use. At the time, he was serving as chair of the
Upper Snake River Tribes Foundation
, a non-profit.
Prior was indicted in federal court in Idaho.
