Native American Contractors Association hosting leaders summit

The Native American Contractors Association is hosting its first Emerging Native Leaders Summit in Washington, D.C., this week.
The summit is aimed at interns and employees at Native-owned businesses. They will learn more about government contracting, the media, the political process and federal Indian policy.
The National Congress of American Indians is hosting the summit, which began today and runs through Wednesday.
It will conclude with a reception on Wednesday evening at the Hotel Helix.
