Kevin Abourezk: Therapist to speak about historical trauma

"A Yankton Sioux behavioral therapist will talk in Lincoln Friday about trauma experienced by Native people.
Faith Spotted Eagle will speak from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Region V Systems, 1645 N St. Her presentation is targeted toward those who work with Native people. She'll also speak at 7 p.m. at the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska office at 1701 E St. That presentation will target Natives between 17 and 25.
Both events are free, and food will be provided at each. The Southeast Nebraska Native American Coalition and the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is hosting."
