Senate Indian Affairs Committee hosts a listening session

The Senate Indian Affairs Committee is hosting a listening session next Thursday, May 19.
The committee wants to hear from tribal leaders about a draft version of the Indian Tribal Energy Development and Self-Determination Act Amendments of 2011.
The bill would amend portions of the Indian title of the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
The listening session takes place from 1pm to 4pm in Room 628 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building. Those who wish to attend can RSVP to listeningsession@indian.senate.gov.
