The Bureau of Indian Affairs is accepting applications for president of Haskell Indian Nations University in Kansas.
Linda Sue Warner, a member of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma, was serving as president. But she has accepted another job within the Bureau of Indian Education after being shuffled to various positions for more than a year.
The salary for Haskell president is between $113,735.00 to $147,857.00 a year, according to the job posting. Applications are being accepted until December 6.
