The leader of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma survived an impeachment trial.
Gov. Janice Boswell was found guilty of two of 11 impeachable charges . But the tribal constitution requires a unanimous vote on all charges so she will stay in office
Boswell was found guilty of failing to submit a 2011 budget on time and of firing editor of the tribal paper, The Oklahoman reported.
