Nebraska lawmakers will hold a hearing on December 11 to look into alcohol sales in Whiteclay, a town near the Pine Ridge Reservation.
Only 14 people live in Whiteclay. But stores there sell an estimated 4 million cans of beer every year, mostly to people from the reservation.
The hearing is being conducted by the General Affairs Committee and the Judiciary Committee. People from the Whiteclay will be able to testify via video link.
