Muscogee paramedic scuffle probe completed
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has wrapped up an investigation into a scuffle between one of its troopers and a Muscogee (Creek) Nation paramedics. The results of the investigation are due to be released soon, The Oklahoman reported. But the trooper involved in the case says the OHP is dragging its foot and is threatening a lawsuit. Trooper Daniel Martin remains on administrative leave with pay for the May 24 incident. He got into an altercation after stopping two tribal paramedics who were transporting a woman to a hospital.
