The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian
Community of Arizona will build a baseball stadium to host the Arizona Diamondbacks and
the Colorado Rockies.
The tribe won the bidding for the project. The stadium will be near the tribe's commercial and entertainment development and one of the tribe's casinos.
The stadium will be the first Major League Baseball facility on tribal land.
