A woman from Zia
Pueblo in New Mexico was indicted on murder and abuse charges for the death of hear 3-year-old son.
Tiffany Toribio, 23, allegedly admitted she suffocated Tyrus and buried him in a park in Albuquerque. She has been charged with first-degree murder, child abuse intentionally resulting in the death, evidence-tampering, failure to report a death and concealing identity.
Ty's death has drawn enormous public interest in Albuquerque.
