Two Arizona tribes have been awarded grants to implement sex offender and registration tracking offices.
The White Mountain Apache Tribe received a $261,000 grant from the Department of Justice. The Hopi Tribe received $178,000.

Nearly 200 tribes have passed resolutions to develop their own tracking systems.
