Roy Dean Bullcoming, a former official for the Cheyenne and Arapaho
Tribes of Oklahoma, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to theft.
Bullcoming admitted he stole $5,000 in tribal funds to pay for a used car. He has agreed to pay more than $95,000 in restitution to the tribe.
At least 10 former Cheyenne-Arapaho officials and employees have been indicted in connection with thefts from the tribe.
