Abramoff and associates still cooperating with probe

Convicted lobbyist Jack Abramoff and his associates continue to cooperate with the Department of Justice's probe.

Abramoff and his main partner, Michael Scanlon, pleaded guilty to defrauding tribes. Both have been given three more months to talk with federal prosecutors.

Tony Rudy, a former aide to ex-Rep. Tom DeLay (R-Texas), and Mark Zachares, a former aide to Rep. Don Young (R-Alaska) are also talking with prosecutors. They have status hearings scheduled in November.
