Five men have been indicted for dealing cocaine and methamphetamine on and off the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota.
Donroy Ghost Bear, Dale Ecoffey, Vince Lafferty, Jeremy Waters and Shane Tyon are accused of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. Tyon also faces an additional charge of distributing meth near an elementary school off the reservation and for illegal possession of a firearm
Ghost Bear and Waters are also charged with possessing and distributing cocaine, and Ecoffey and Lafferty are charged with distribution, The Rapid City Journal reported.
