Authorities in Riverside County, California, arrested a man in connection with a homicide on the Soboba Reservation.
Bryan Jay Russell, 21, faces charges of murder for the death of Felicia Avalos, 24. Her body was found on the reservation on April 5.
Avalos is the sister of a woman who was recently murdered. Authorities aren't releasing information about Russell's potential connection to the case.
The homicide was the second on the Soboba Reservation this year.
