Members of the Ramapough Lenape Indian Nation of New Jersey are upset about the bail set for a state park police officer indicted of killing a tribal member.
The judge gave Chad Walder until today to post $25,000 bail. He remains free since being indicted on a charge of reckless manslaughter.
Walder is accused of shooting Emil Mann on April 1, 2006, during a scuffle between park police officers and tribal members at a state park.
