FBI still following tips on missing Red Lake boys

The FBI is still following up on leads in the disappearance of two boys from the Red Lake Reservation in Minnesota.

More than 250 tips have come in since Tristan White, age 4, and his brother, Avery Lee Stately, 2, went missing on November 22. Additional leads were generated after the boys' story aired on "America's Most Wanted" over the weekend.

But FBI special agent Paul McCabe said most of them turned up negative. There have been no witnesses, no clues or no sightings, leaving investigators puzzled.

"Right now we still do not know what happened to Tristan and Avery," McCabe told The Fargo Forum.

The FBI is offering a $20,000 reward. Anyone with information should contact the FBI at 612-376-3200, or the Red Lake Tribal Police Department at 218-679-3313.
