The Spokane Tribe of Washington and the Spokane Indians Baseball Club unveiled a new l identity for the minor league team.
The primary logo features two eagle feathers. The secondary logo features the words �Spokane Indians Baseball Club� written in Salish.
The project is believed to be the first time a tribe and a professional sports team have worked together on a logo.The team also consulted other tribes in the Pacific Northwest.
The team won the 2005 Northwest League championship and is affiliated with the pro-Texas Rangers.
