A 22-year-old Native man died after being stabbed in a "grisly scene" on the Big Island Lake Cree Nation in northern Saskatchewan.
Police tried to save Edwin Dufraine but were unable to revive him as he was being taken to a hospital. A 21-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with his death.
Six years ago, Dufraine's twin brother committed suicide.
