A builder filed suit against the Oneida Nation of New York, claiming the tribe owes $3 million for the construction of a hotel.
Pike Co. says the tribe kept changing requirements for the Lodge hotel at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino. But the tribe, in a separate lawsuit that was dismissed, says it had to spend $700,000 to finish the job.
At least 12 other lawsuit have been filed against Hunt Construction Group, which oversaw the expansion of the resort. The suits claims 14 million is owed.
