Houston H. Rockwell, an 18-year-old member of the Onondaga Nation of New York, is seeking a deal for a fatal hit-and-run accident.
Rockwell turned himself in to face charges of leaving the scene of an accident. He allegedly hit Tom Jocko, 24, also Onondaga, on September 17. Jocko died from injuries sustained in the accident.
Rockwell also faces a parole violation. He set three fires in the town of Onondaga in October and November of 2004.
