The FBI is asking the public for help in locating a man accused of a murder on the Red Lake Reservation in Minnesota.
Jacob John Lussier, 24, who also goes by the name of Jacob John Martin, is charged with first-degree murder for the shooting death of James Sayers, 23. The incident occurred on Saturday.
Lussier is described as 6 feet tall, 220 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and tattoos on his left hand, right forearm, upper left arm and right leg. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or the FBI at 612-376-3200.
