The Coeur d'Alene Tribe of Idaho is co-sponsoring a U.S. House debate tonight.
Democrat Larry Grant is facing Republican Bill Sali for Idaho's 1st Congressional District race. Incumbent Rep. C. L. Otter (R) is not seeking re-election because he is running for governor.
A tribal council member will be one of the panelists for the debate. Quanah Spencer, the tribe's legislative director, said tribal leaders want to become more politically active.
