A man from the Mistawasis First Nation in Saskatchewan has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
Hubert Conrad Sand, 34, is accused of killing Greg Whitefish, 22, and Dwayne Badger, 34. The two men were shot to death on the reserve over the weekend.
A woman and a third man were injured in the shooting.
