New Kickapoo Tribe leaders finally sworn into office

The new chairman and treasurer for the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma almost weren't sworn into office on Tuesday.

New chairman Marlon Frye and new treasurer Debra Garcia were supposed to be sworn in at 10am. But not enough business committee l members showed up, so there was a lack of a quorum.

No one could find the missing officials -- one was in New York -- so someone called in a past vice chairman. Frye and Garcia were finally sworn in later in the day.
