The Southern Ute Tribe of Colorado and the organizers of a motorcycle rally are at odds over this year's event.
The tribe and Rally in the Rockies signed a three-year contract to stage the event at the Sky Ute Event Center. But the Rockies owner says there is "no way" he will hold the rally on the reservation.
The rally says the tribe has imposed too many conditions so the event is headed to other locations. The tribe, however, says it has a binding contract that must be upheld.
