The Southern Ute Tribe of Colorado says it will sue the organizers of a motorcycle rally if the event is not held on the reservation as planned.
The tribe has hosted the Four Corners Rally in the Rockies for 10 years. The lease expires this year.
The event is supposed to take place at the Sky Ute Event Center. But organizers are trying to hold it at a ranch instead.
The tribe will use in tribal court if that happens, an attorney said.
