A school bus accident on the Tohono O'odham Nation in Arizona on Monday resulted in the death of a tribal police department ranger.
Jerome L. Lewis, 34, was killed instantly when his pickup truck was hit by the school bus. The driver of the bus, an adult monitor and three teenagers were not injured.
Otilia Guerrero De Meza, the driver, is certified by the state and has no complaints on file. She is on leave pending the investigation of the accident.
